How it Works
|
The module hinges around a single "Mass Edit" button being added to the submission listing page (see screenshot to right). This button appears on all forms and form Views for both clients and administrators and the "Mass Edit" label can be controlled via a setting if you don't like it or want to translate it. That button dynamically interact with the existing page elements. Namely, when there are no submission rows selected (just click on a row to select it), the button is disabled. When you click one or more rows the button becomes enabled. In order to use the module, you must select those rows you want to edit. By default, after you select some rows and click the Mass Edit button you will be taken to the Edit Submissions page where the selected rows appear in table format - each of them now editable. However, if you don't like this behaviour and would like it to appear in a popup instead, you can change it via the module settings. The edit submissions page works the way you would expect it to: just edit any of the fields you wish then click the Update button at the bottom of the page. Both the main Edit Submissions page and the Edit Submissions popup page work in the same manner. |
