 Mass Edit settings
The Mass Edit module comes with a few options for customizing its behaviour and
appearance. To change these settings, log in as an administrator and visit the Modules
page. There, select the Mass Edit module.
| Submissions per page |
This option lets you customize the number of submissions that should appear on the Edit
Submissions page. The default value is set to 10.

| Mass Edit button label |
This lets you customize the label for the Mass Edit button that appears on the
submission listings page for administrator and client accounts.

| Mass Edit button action |
This option determines what happens when the user clicks the Mass Edit button.
The options are: (a) link to the modules "Edit Submissions" page, which displays
the selected submissions in table format embedded within a standard Form Tools UI
page, and (b) open the Edit Submissions page in a popup without any styling except
for the table. This setting is provided purely for your preference: the popup can be
handy since it's resizable: for people with large screen dimensions you can view
more information that the other method. The popup option lets you customize the
dimensions of the popup. This ALSO determines the size of the popup when opened
via the styled popup page. See the screenshots on this page for a clearer

| Default tab index direction |
Clicking the TAB key within a form automatically moves the focus from one field to
the next. This option lets you determine the behaviour of the key: either move the
focus to the next field in the row (horizontal) or move to the same field in the next
submission in the row beneath it (vertical).

| Provide option to switch tab-index direction |
This hides and shows the option to switch the tab index direction on the Edit
Submissions page and popup.
